Going above and beyond is really how I describe my experience with Nathan and Andrew at The Garage Miami. Beyond providing fantastic customer service, competitive pricing (I know I compared with all the big guys) a very desirable coffee making service aswell as a corporate lounge that would rival most decent hotel reception, what it came down to for me was how they dealt with an issue that came up. In a nutshell I was given the wrong tires and I wasn\u2019t aware until I had made a decent journey away from the work shop and upon emailing them, I was told not to worry they would be able to have it remedied for me and I could continue enjoying my day ahead. It was very refreshing to hear from an auto mechanic and really not that common if at all. Andrew organised the replacement a few days later and did tell me they were a bit more expensive which I agreed. On the day of fitment, Nathan said there is nothing more we want then to see out customers happy, as I know Andrew did say the replacement tires are slightly more expensive which you agreed to, what I would like to do as a matter of goodwill in this case I will waive the fee. He said customer satisfaction is important to us, and I\u2019m aware you have been put out by this aswell and we appreciate your business. Well done guys, you have a very decent operation and as a customer I appreciate the service you gave.

Very grateful to Andrew for helping us today after we found a screw in the tyre.
We received excellent service and were back driving in no time.

What a fantastic service provided by the team of garage 1. They fixed my wheel alignment issues and was assured the car is hundred percent fixed by doing multiple road test. They are never in rush to have the job done quicker. I felt that my car is on safe hands. All the very best to the team of garage 1, especially Nathan, top bloke, top service. Definietly coming back and would refer this place to all my known people who needs quality service for their vehicle.
